The first Edition 4th edition of the Canada Modular Construction and Prefabrication Awards Ceremony will take place on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at the Ottawa Conference and Event Centre, room 106 at 5:00 p.m. This event, part of the Canada Housing Solutions Forum, recognizes and awards the 20 top on-site home construction companies , modular and prefabricated builders of the year in Canada. Recognition will also be given to the best residential construction technologies of the year, the best affordable housing project of the year, the best affordable housing leader of the year, and the best financial institution of the year for funding affordable housing projects across Canada. Distinguished winners will receive the National Awards from a jury composed of Canadian and international experts from the modular and prefabrication industries, universities, builders, banks, realtors, and government housing leaders.
